feat(opsgenie): add integration This commit adds a native ingration for adding OpsGenie to the monitoring so you can easily and quickly have alerts go straight into OpsGenie.
You'll need to make sure that you have pre-commit setup and installed in your environment by running these commands:
pre-commit install --hook-type commit-msg
